SEO Guidelines for Blog Post Titles & URLs
If you feel the title should be first, and then the structure of the blog, then you can follow the best approach for your case.

The anchor text for links in your post is unimportant. Google and Wikipedia do it and there is no penalty.
It’s important to include your target keywords in your posts so that Google can properly categorize and rank them. You can also add variations of your keywords as long as they are relevant.
You may have noted at the start of this article that keyword stuffing is not recommended.
It is important to choose the best words for your text while also making sure they are relevant and that you’ve included a few keywords.
A lot of people ask me what are the “best” places to add keywords. I always give them the same answer: everywhere!
Here’s a hint
You can avoid keyword stuffing by not repeating the exact keywords repeatedly. To do this, visit Google Keyword Planner or SEM Rush and search for your primary keyword
These tools will provide you with a list of closely related keywords. It would help if you mentioned these keywords in your blog post.
Studies have shown that people find it more appealing when they are reading a longer post, which means they tend to rank better in search results and receive more mentions on social media. However, that doesn’t mean shorter posts won’t rank well. You need to focus on the quality of the content and not the length.
Know that there will be many blogs on the same topic as yours when you write a blog post.
It’s time to take your blog posts to the next level and make sure that they are getting promoted correctly. Your main goal is to attract people’s attention and you don’t want them going to other blogs either.
Google isn’t too worried about the number of words on a page. Instead, it looks at whether or not that page has enough quality links pointing to it.
A post that is well-written, has good images/references, studies, and valuable information is more likely to be promoted than a shorter and less exciting post.
To learn the actual length of your blog posts, open up Google and enter your key words to check out the top 10 entries on the first page. Note what type of content they’re used for and how many words are densely packed into each entry. This will give you a rough estimate as to what you should be striving for with your own pieces.
Click the publish button, and then use any white-hat methods to drive visitors to your blog.
Do not expect instant results. It takes time for Google to rank your blog.

A description tag gives a short description of a blog post which usually can’t be over 240 characters in length. Google might show your description tag in search results, so it’s important that it grabs the attention of users and gets them to click on your blog and read it.
There is a wealth of content about the best images to include in blog posts to make them more attractive and readable.
Google has made it clear the limitations of their search engine, and that they can’t crawl or understand images with context. But many admins don’t listen to guidelines on optimizing their images for SEO.
It is enough to use meaningful file names and a user-friendly /ALT TEXT.
Image SEO Alt Text Example
If you publish an image showing SEO stats for 2020 to 2021, don’t call it img001.jpg. Instead, rename the image to something more meaningful like SEO-statistics-2021.jpg.
